Founded in 1951, the Pacific Asia Travel Association is the recognised authority on Pacific Asia travel and tourism. PATA's mission is to enhance the growth, value and quality of Pacific Asia travel and tourism for the benefit of its membership.
PATA members include nearly 100 government, state and city tourism bodies, over 55 airlines and cruise lines, and hundreds of travel industry companies. In addition, thousands of travel professionals belong to more than 70 PATA Chapters worldwide.
PATA Finland Chapter was founded in 1987. Today we have 60 Company members representing airlines, tour producers, travel agencies, media etc. and about 100 personal members, working in long haul travel sales and production. PATA Finland Chapter is a network for all main actors of the Finnish long haul travel trade. We organize seminars and workshops, educational tours and events.
The annual membership fees are decided by the Annual Meeting yearly.
The Corporate membership is open to Finnish travel agencies and tour operators as well as airlines operating to PATA countries. The corporate membership fee is EUR 80/year.
The Associate membership is open to press, media and marketing companies, national tourism offices, visitors and conventions bureaus, educational institutions, and other travel industry companies and organisations sharing our mission. Our Associate membership fee is EUR 90/year.
The Personal membership is open to every individual employed by our corporate members. Our Personal membership fee is EUR 25/year.
Persons previously employed by corporate or associate members may apply supporting membership. The Supporting membership fee is EUR 30/year.
